removing emblems
#1
I just purchased a 95 max GXE, auto. It has super clean interior and the exterior is good with a few dings, otherwise it is completely stock. I was wondering how to remove those ugly dealership emblems. Also what can i expect to pay for the original spoiler that came on the SE, and where would I get it from. Later this week I am going to have my amp and sub installed and the windows tinted. What other relatively inexpensive mods can I do(clear corners, head light upgrades, etc.)to get it lookin like some hot sheezy? Future mobs will include intake, y-pipe, muffler, 17" wheels, FSTB, RSB, coilovers.
thanks for any help

Congrats and welcome to the 4th gen club!
I had my dealer decals removed at an aftemarket shop. I think they used a heat gun...a hair dryer would probably work also. And yes, 'goo gone' or a similar label remover, will remove the adhesive residue, be sure to wash/wax the area after you remove the decals.
A dealer would be glad to install an SE spoiler on your car but you'd have to check pricing with them. I believe Stillen also sells an SE look-alike spoiler but I'm not sure of pricing on that either.
I've never been big on cosmetic mods but you've listed all the preliminary performance mods that I would recommend. A good way to shop for mod ideas is to check the 'signatures' of guys on the 4th gen BBS and then ask them about them. They'll be glad to help you out.
