Winter Autocrossing in Iowa....
#1
How we fight cabin fever. Yesterday on the lake, me in the van and BUCK434 in his 99SE. Three classes, 4WD, FWD, RWD.
I won Rear wheel drive on Blizzak WS15's, and BUCK434 on his OEM Toyo AO5's looked real good in his first ice autocross and picked a tough class to run in. Kind of why I left my Maxima at home. :-)

Hello guys, let me tell you those who ran on snow tires had a huge advantage!! The front wheel drive cars with them beat me by almost 7 seconds. That is why Sunday night a checked tire rack and priced some Blizzak's for the next time. If the weather still looks fairly cold a week before the next event look out I am showing up with brand spankin new blizzak's!!! I also have a set of Kuhmo autocross tires in the garage waiting for the warmer weather!! I am also attending a Porsche high performance diriving school this summer, so look out I will be coming on hard!!
