Would the car start if the 2 boxy fuses were blown in that box?

The problem is this...

My headlights were robbed and the RELAY box(the one by the left headlight) wires were cut.

I did not notice that at 1st and tried to start the car.

When i realized that they were cut I rewired everyhting carefully and taped it off nicely.

THE CAR dont start cause I didnt see the fuses blown. I checked all the fuses and found 4 blown. 2 of which are 15v which i replaced. Then there are 2 more which are a little boxy but not as big as the RELAY ones.

So would the car not start if 2 fuses are blown under the hood or its something I did not rewire carefully enough?

I don't know how your car is specifically, but what you're talking about are fusible links. Some aren't needed like the power windows/locks, but the ignition also has a fusible link in the panel. If you blew that many fuses you may want to check the fuses inside the car as well to see if any of them blew. A FSM wiring diagram would help speed things along and help you isolate the circuits.
