Is this a good deal for a 2000 Maxima SE?

it costs 15k and my dad and i got it down to 13700 or something around there (not including taxes or anything). What do you all think?
I would rather have a smaller car, but I dont know what else is out there that isnt very expensive with a sunroof/spoiler on it. I wanted to really spend 12000-13000 before taxes and stuff. And is the non-bose speakers good? (compared to my 1985 oldsmobile regency 98 and I have a JVC mp3 player to replace their cd-player)
Or there is a Jetta with like 24k miles on it and i got them to add a sunroof for a total of 14k (not including taxes and stuff)
Thanks

Yeah, i kept trying to post, and i kept getting an error on explorer that it didnt work...so i kept hitting back and trying again
the nissan is certified too, but i will have to pay an extra like 1000 for warrenty gold. And it turns out its certified, even though it was painted over, which is kinda wierd.
So is it a good deal, or any recommendations on a small car around 12.5k with sunroof/spoiler?

ya got me. I bought the car a local mechanic to look over it and you can see where the spray paint was waved over. It could be from a few touch ups or something, we dont really know. I thought that cars cant be certified if it was repainted, its Nissan certified.

Yeah, definitely do a Carfax. If the car checks out OK then I say go for it. Check out the other cars on here, that car could become a monster with a few mods. As far the wheels, maybe he knew someone that had a older Maxima and they traded before he turned the car in?

Yeah, im still shopping around.
carfax says its fine. Had 2 owners, one in NY, the other in NJ that he got off an auction. The car drives fine though, we drove it all over without the dealer to try it out and stuff.
Carfax is sometimes wrong though, a person can just bring it to his buddys shop and have them fix it and slip them some money so its not reported.
Im still looking around though shopping for other cars, but it sure drives and looks nice
