my power windows will roll down but not up i have done a search but i did not find out what i needed to know.i dont think the motor is out because i can still hear it trying to move the window. what i was wanting to know is if there is a gear or a cable that operates the window

it probably fell off the track,
a good mechanic or dealership can fix this
