how do you lock a flywheel?

help! almost done installing a udp in my '95 auto. i need to torque the bolt holding the pulley in, but how?!?!?! any answers would be great, thanks.

Ummm, fill your engine with water and hydrolock it?

Seriously, the only thing I can think of is to use an impact wrench.

try using the starter to spin while holding the torque wrench against something to undo the bolt

nonono... i already got the bolt off, i need to torque it back on... but when i try to torque it, the pulleys turn.
