Everyone click - Plz Help - Why is this?
Unless you can feel your engine misfire, due to a bad injector, spark plug, or ignition coil, it looks like either a bad knock sensor, or you're not using high enough octane gas. Your engine is probably retarding timing for some reason.
I was gonna sa that you might have a bad injector or KS, but I think drewm covered pretty much everything that MIGHT be the reason for the low numbers. But heck, after adding the obligatory 20% differential between what the WHP is and what the HP at the crank should be, you're not that far off from what the factory puts your car at. And that's taking into consideration that you have an auto VG, bro!
I hope you weren't expecting to toss your car on a dyno and get 160 at the wheels first time out.

Well, some said those weren't bad #'s just for K&N pop charger and axle back exhaust.
The dyno guy said it COULD be a vaccum hose leak?
But there's like 4000 hoses in a VG.
Should I adavance my timing? or......?

those numbers are usual for an auto VG, but there is a miss throughout the range like was said, the cause could be almost anything air/fuel related...we answered this for you when you posted this as Soulfly a few months back(before you got banned

Distributor cap/rotor (worn out, shorting out), ignition wires (they can be shorting out), maybe a new coil(you can get one that will put out higher voltage/current).
You can also clean all the ground wires in the engine compartment and on the alternator and battery.
