Valve Cap ?

Valve Cap ?
Hey, I was hoping someone could give me an answer to a problem i have. I bought some aluminum valve caps from autozone a few months ago. I had a flat tire and when it was getting fixed, the shop couldn't remove the cap so they had to cut the valve off. I decided to check the other tires and i can not remove any of the caps. I've tried everything i can think of. I'm not sure why they won't come off. Does anyone know what options i have? Do they all need to be cut off? If so, what is involved and how is a new valve installed?
Thanks in advance

They probably will have to be cut like the other one, that's why I say away from those fancy looking valve stem and just stick with conventional short black rubber ones. Another problem I use to have with the chrome valve stems was getting a air hose onto the stem. Unless you can break the tire bead from off the rim it will be impossible for you to change the valve stem. You might as well take it to the tire shop and have the other three replaced.
