i guess i was lucky. i got into an accident last month and they wanted to total my car, and give me $5,000 for it which is not what its worth, probly about 2 grand shy of value. I gave the autobody guy a good talkin to and got him to fix it with very little profit for him. Dont know what i would do without maxine.

Thx glad to be alive to see another day.. Now i feel how Lucky i was.
All the air bag were pop out, i got T-bone by someone just like Pcxxx. I hit a light pull luckly it was made of metal. Not the other kind, if it was that thing would of fall rigth on my car and hit the roof and who know what would happen after that.......

 

i had an 88 volvo 760 that got t-boned at 50mph and it just barely curved the doors in the windows didnt break either.That thing was a tank but it saved my friends life.

 

This thread definetly has me thinking and more observant of myself and the drivers around me. I have noticed alot more reckless drivers out there, darting in and out of traffic, cutting off/over people real quick w/o signaling, etc. Hell, just today on the way home from work, some stupid A$$ kid in a new honda civic was tailing the person in front of him in the right lane, and I was on the left. He tailed, and tailed, and tailed til the car in front of him had to make a turn, and just at the very last second, with roughly a car space and a half between me and the car in front of me, he cuts me off!

Then he tails the car in front of him, darts over to the right lane again, signals only AFTER he changed lanes, and then speeds up and goes in and out of traffic! It must be a summer thing.....

 

yeop... it's real odd... i got into an accident last year around this time too.

 

arnaud's car crash was the worst ive seen happen in person, i peed my pants. last july i got in a hit and run, and 2 weeks later in august i slid into the guard rail avoiding bambi.. and just yesterday my hood flipped up and smashed my windshield up nicely (for the second time).

and luckily i am doing a full out custom turbo install right now too.
