Find a shop that is familliar with House Of Colors paint. Look through their catalog or perhaps find them online. They have some amazing effects! A little on the expensive side......

you need to know how much pearl you want to see. a good shop will make you a sample pc (from junk parts laying around like a bad fender) before shooting your car.

Hey s0ber, what happened to your car with the theft? I've been away at college for a few weeks so excuse me if you have explained it several times already.

To relate to your question, pearl colors are going to be much more expensive to paint than a solid color. The pearl white on our Maxes is a three stage paint. If you really want to get it repainted a pearl, I can see why. Pearl white is beautiful.

I hope you're going to wax it this time s0ber!
I'm still curious on what happened to your car though?
Why does it need a new paint job?

Wussup white nice to see your back...
Well heres the story..

I recovered my car shortly after I posted here about a day or two after...... As you can imagine everything was stolen even my damn air fresheners... They stole the stock SE wing and the towing *******s did some damage to my rear door.... It was them I saw them do it. But I cant do/say nothing because theres a big sign that says there not responsible for any damage... Okay... I got 2 big dents and a missing spoiler... I can repaint those parts and play the match game or just paint the entire car...

I got a deal from a family friend for $1,000 to repaint the entire car and remove the dings...He owns a bodyshop and is good friends with my grandfather (owes him some $$$) So I got a good deal... Pearl and all.... So I was thinking white w/ blue pearl =) Yeah im really gonna wax this time.... I might not get the waxing chance after this if something else might happen hopefully not

Anyways theres my story, how is life?

I actually think about the chances of my car being stolen after waxing it. It looks so damn shiny and smooth afterward and I feel like it's going to catch the wrong attention. But the 2 dents probably deter any thieves.

BTW I'm at school right now. I only go back to my parents' house about once a month. (80 miles from here) So I just use the new Dells and T1 line at school here. Poor me.
Nobody really cares about what you do on the computers here so that's cool.
If you ever ask me something and I don't respond right away, just realize that I am only in the computer lab 2-3 times a week so just wait a while and the response will come.

yeah i got my paint already and sorry for not replying to your pm, but i found your thread. I bought the pearl at a local paint store or whatever you want to call it. It costs 100 bucks for a whole thing of blue which i wont need the whole thing but if i ever wreck it again i got some extra. the car should be going in the shop in the next couple of weeks. I am putting alittle more blue pearl in mine to make a blueish affect. If you put to much your whole car will look blue. i got the base white off my original color which is QNO, and then just picked out a blue pearl out of a book and i am using that instead of the factory pearl.
