PIAA or RAZO HID Bulb?

Where do I get PIAA's or Razo halogen bulbs cheap? Any feedback on these bulbs or other HID halogen bulbs? There are a lot of brands on Ebay that are a lot cheaper but I don't how good they are.

I run PIAA and until I switch to HID will always run PIAA.

Piaa is good, but check out www.hidforum.com to find the "other" good brands. Phillips is also the ****, as is catz.
