I read about someone used ATF to do an engine flush awhile ago. I did a search but nothing came up. I am wondering if anyone knows the proper way to do this.

My Max has 60k miles and I have been using synthetic oil with Nissan filter every 5k miles since I got it at 32k. Should I do it (engine flush) or it is a waste of money and time?
