Well so far so good! If I can fine tune my skills I want to make it entirely (sp) of fiberglass! This one will have a MDF bottom and front! Its really not that hard. You should try it!

Did you buy the materials online by any chance? If so can you please post the website. I'm going to be doing a similar project this winter and need to get the stuff ready for it. Thanks!

Was it hard to make the side which holds the "ring" that the sub screws into?

well see i boughtthe box for someone already built but its was really bad in a way. so i re did the whole thing also my box was made for a 15 but the space was too small so when i was redoing hte box, i re did the lip and made it into a 12 inch sub. and now its hits hard and clean. i guess it took a long time. i didnt really have good tools either so that hurt me but yea just take you time and think about everything or write it down before making cuts i was stupid and had to make the lip like 3 times haha. just take your time and you can do it.

...fiberglass is the best!
Looks good. I am thinking of re-doing my next enclosure in all fiberglass to save weight. Are you going to be doing any kick pods for your midbass in fiberglass? This is something I am going to definitely do.
