Electrical issues help!

My car's alternator isn't charging the battery.

The battery is new, and the alternator is new... both the brand new alternator, and the old alternator read the same output 0.0

the battery reads 12.x with the car off, and doesn't go higher once the car is started. The car is running solely off the battery now.

I blew the battery fuse that is located in the engine bay, but i replaced that.

I also blew the fuse for METER in the fusebox located under the dash.

I don't have power seats, power windows, ac, my headunit does not light up... and there may be various other accessories that aren't working... i already pulled all the fuses, and the meter and battery ones are the only ones that don't work.

the two small tiny wires htat go to alternator must be in ALL THE WAY for the system to charge. mine looked like they were in , but were not. i took a long skinny alenkey and shoved the 2 wires all the ways down into the harness. check for shorts anywere.

If your not getting voltage at the alt then your main fusible link between the main fuse box to the right of the battery must me blown. An alternator should get alt power at all times and has to get power from the battery to be able to send power back across this same ~10 guage wire.
