to anyone that has shopped at raxles.com

Anyone know how raxles precess the CCs?
I bought an axle from them and when I go it the invoice said something like 240 cus they were also charging $80 for the core, which is fine cus I get that back when I return the old one, but my CC was only charged for the axle and shipping no core, and it's been almost a week since that.

They usually send a free return tag with the original package if they need the core back. It is merely a courtesy that they don't insist on charging you the core and also I find it trusting on their part but their products, cust serv, and warranty speak for themselves. Send back your old in the box and look around as it should have prepaid tags somewhere for you to send it back at no additional cost to you. Great Company.

Raxles is the best in the business at what they do. Their sales people are knowledgable and courteous, they pick up the tab for a core return, and they don't charge a core fee. They were worth every penny and I highly recommend them.

Thanks guys. I actually ended up contacting them, and if the axle is not return in 30 days they will charge the core. Is not that I wanted to keep my old axle but I needed to use my card and was afraid to overdraft it
