Engine flush...To do or not to do...

i can get one done for $100. i will also add z-max to the engine after flushing it. does anyone has an opinion about engine/tranny flushes...thanks

check z-max with the search. i think somebody posted a link describing how z-max was getting sued for false claims. didn't read the article completely but i think that's what it was about. my friend used an engine flush and showed me the before and after pictures of the engine with his cam shaft cover off. it was night and day difference.
