I resolved the sticky window situation with the window tint and the interior door panel. I went down to the auto parts store, and then bought some silicone spray lubricant for $1.99. I opened the window, and lubed down the tract, and sure enough it works! No more sticking windows!

just wondering if anyone can recommend a brand of silicon spray for the windows?

The brand that I have now (GUNK) doesn't seem to be doing anything for the window tract.
