yesterday morning, i took the door panels off to replace the speakers in my max. while doing this i somehow set the alarm off. Now my car won't start, it just never actually starts, instead of making that "starting noise" for like a second and then starting, it just doesnt start. I tried setting of the security again so i could make sure i deactivate it correctly, but it still doesnt start, any ideas on what it could be.

p.s. it never gave me a problem before this, always started right up

 

maybe your battery is dead? or maybe you accidentally unplugged the engine cont. fuse...check your fuse box

 

i dont think the battery is dead, none of the lights are dim and it doesnt turn over slowly, i'll check for that fuse

 

i checked the engine cont. fuse, as well as the fuel pump fuse, both there and intact, and i also have gas, so thats not the problem

 

interesting...is it clicking at all? if not then your starter is shot.

 

the engine is clicking, it just turns over, and turns over, and never starts

 

seems like its not getting gas...else, it would try to turn over...wish I could be of more help...what you can do is disconnect the fuel lines going to the engine, and try to start the car...if gas comes out...you can eliminate that too. good luck
