A new (tranny) issue

Ok so I got my car back from dealer Thursday (30k service). As I'm driving it back home, I'm noticing a real harsh 1st-to-2nd gear transition. Like a real thud.
Then I took my first highway trip in the car since the dealer had it. It doesn't go into overdrive -- ever. It will sit there all the way up to like 90+ MPH and stay in 3rd gear... right up to like 5000RPM. As long as it's getting any pressure on the accelerator at all, this continues. If I take my foot OFF the accelerator (when most autos would DEFINITELY go up into overdrive,) it goes into NEUTRAL (clutch disengages) and RPM's drop to under 1000. Then when I re-apply gas, it basically revs up to wherever it was and then re-engages the gear.
Then my Service Engine light came on... argghhhh![Mad](https://maxima.org/forums/images/smilies/mad.gif)
Bringing it BACK to the dealer.
What the fock?
