Headlight harness burned all to he11

With my harnesses burned so badly, do I need to replace them with stock harnesses from a junkyard/dealership before adding aftermarket harness? Or would I be able to just buy an aftermarket harness kit? Thanks.

I do, but this happened before I got my HID's and my headlights are really acting up a lot lately. I was checking the wiring out and my harnesses are really bad. I just want to fix the problem finally.
