its funny...
cuz i was trying to figure this out but only with fumes from cars and trucks ahead of me in traffic. i am assuming it happens when you use alot of fluid...since you would be using alot, some of this has to get near the air ducts and that is why you smell it. windshield washer fluid has a semi strong smell. press the circulate button that may help, i notice i don't really smell fumes when i press the circulate button when i am running air into the cabin while driving. i know that was confusing but hope that helps

Nope thats not it. This just started happenig, and it happens even with the A.C./heat off. And it doesnt matter how much. Just a little tinny squirt and it will happen.

check for leaks under the hood area. use it w/ the hood open and see if u see it leak out fom the hoses.

Put some Scott Towels (Bounty, whatever) and close the hood and squirt. (the windsheild washer, just in case) I would guess, like Danny, that there is a leak somewhere in the lines. If you have a willing friend you can get them to block the spray holes to build up some pressure and spot the leak quicker.
Do any of you use pressure srings with winter blades? at 70 Mph my winters have so much up pressure that they don't contact the windsheild.

it's a give and take..either have winter blades and go slower..or use aero blades (stock) and u can drive faster.
try putting the air deflectors on them..they kinda look cheezy but they should help.
