Opinions needed on Intrax Springs

Anyone that has run a set of these springs please input your thoughts? How was/is the ride? any issues?

Thanks,

they will sag after a few months in the rear making the car look uneven... other than that i hear they are soft when paired with AGX's.

After driving my friend's car on Intrax/Tokico all the time back from clubs, that setup always felt soft to me compared to my Eibach/Koni. I wouldn't really recommend them, especially with many other great springs out there. I don't know if you've seen it already, but check out this page for a good spring combo that fits what you're looking for:

I'm selling mine....not for me. As for the sagging... nope, the rear just looks lower always, from the day i put them in, to the day i took them out. If you measure the wheel gaps, the front is still higher because the Maxima has bigger front wheel arches so any spring with an equal front and rear drop (like Intrax's 1.7 to 1.8 inch drop all around) will look butt saggy. I had them on stock struts so the rear hit the bump stops once and a while. The front hit the ground at the bottom of a hill once (55mph and at the bottom of the dip the car just kind of scraped). Oh and i can scrape the front all the time...come on the car is droped, so you're asking for trouble. Stiff you ask? well i really didnt feel a huge difference from stcok in normal driving. They arent Eibachs/AGX (Mickey07005 has them and ride like a stiff wedding peck....well stiff) but under rough pavement they get rough. I swear the setup i have now (stock springs, stock front struts, AGX rears set on 4) handles about the same under normal driving conditions but feels tighter, less body rool, at low speeds. I have not driven at high speeds yet. IMO they are too low, too soft, but on flat pavement look rather nice! I bet they would work alright with AGX on the stiffest, but then again the struts dont get enough travel this low.. On a scale of 1-10 id say 5 since they do drop the car (thats what a lowering spring is all about...right?), but dont handle much better than stock. Get Eibach or H&R!!!!! and save for Illumina's or Koni's. There are better choices out there.

I've got em on right now... been on for well over a year and they aren't sagging. The back was always just a little lower than the front... When I had my system and spare out they were basically even. The drop is nice, but I would actually like to go a little lower honestly... and I think I might go with some Tein S. in the summer. As already mentioned, there isnt a good reason to pick them over all the other springs out there, at the time, there was no such thing as Tein's for the 4th gen and I figured Sprints would be too harsh, so I went with Intrax.
