VQ...another top 10

Ward's Communications has once again listed our beloved
Nissan V6 as one of the top 10 best engines.
Among others listed such as Mazdas new Rotary, Audi V8 and
Chryslers new HEMI.

Sorry,
It is in my Sunday Chicago Tribune. The automotive editor is usually on top of these things so it is likely that this just happened.
But a google search of top 10 engines or Wards Communications
would do it.
Does anybody know in the last 13 years, how many times our V-6 has been on this list?
I'm thinking it might be every year.

I am looking on Wards site right now and I do not see the new ones. From reading the article on 2003's best engines they were announced on Jan. 3 2003 so we might have a wait a while before they officially come out.

I think I'm going to write a tribute to the VQ in celebration of its 10 years and counting of automotive excellence. Begins brainstorming for article ideas.

the "hemi" simply means hemispherical heads, they have brought it back for their trucks.

the old 426 hemi was quite possibly one of the best engines of its time
