My brother got me a Weapon R High Performance Intake System for Christmas, and I was just wondering what kind of gains I would be getting with this. Also, is this a noisy intake? If anyone has any experience or knowledge of these, I would appreciate if you could post. Thanks and Merry Christmas.

You'll get some hp gains... in the 4-10 region I think. Is it a pop-charger or a full intake? Noise will be increased some too, but usually it sounds good, and is only present under fairly hard acceleration. Cruisin sounds will be the same.

 

I'm pretty sure it is a full intake. I do like the sound, too. They had a clip on the site. Thanks.

 

Ya the full intake will give you some gains throughout the RPM band. You'll like it. Merry Christmas to ya! I have yet to open my presents over here, gonna get a few Max goodies myself!
