1)Do a search. Use the keywords "remove" and "emblem"
2)Use some dental floss or thin fishing line and a hairdryer/heatgun. Run the floss or fishing line between the emblem and the car and use the hair dryer/heatgun to soften up the tape. Then clean the extra tape glue off with some WD-40 and then wax. Check the area after a week. Maybe you might need to clean and wax again.
