That's cute (people wonder why companies don't spend more time on the forums).
Project Maxima is Greg's personal vehicle. It'll be done when he decides to stop working on it. Might be a few months. Might be a bit longer. It's a project that he does because he enjoys it. When sinking triple digits into a vehicle it takes time.

95/96 red/clears aren't made....by anyone. When we can get em we will.

Ed,

I think that you have to understand where people are coming from, it just seems like there are always empty promises from CM with regards to parts and projects. And...if companies don't spend time of the forums, they don't get clientelle (sp?) or gain any sort of credibility. If Greg is putting triple digits into a maxima, he needs to get his brain checked, a maxima is not a sports car...might as well spend the money on a car worthwhile spending it on. Just my .05 cents.

I read from another thread that I could get an Injen intake from you guys for an 02-03 for $210 shipped? This would definetely make it a very Happy New Year from CM to start off my year!

I was simply posting to say happy new year and, as usual, people start in with same old boring irrelevant questions. I'm a guy at work interested in these forums, when people have something worthwhile to post, so I don't run each of my posts through a legal department.
I DO happen to, also, represent Custom Maxima. I don't think my boss minds me being forward and 'to the point'. I also think, that you'd find the vast majority of my customers find the service I provide them to be just as honest as my posts here.

Take the response as you like. Again, have a Happy New Year.

especially when show maximas are a dime a dozen now. i know i've seen pretty much everything you can do when it comes down to major conversions, turbo, sc unless he's doing and off the wall motor swap or front/rear end conversion then i won't hold my breath

VQ, give us a call.

NUPE and CHRIS, agreed to a point. But, again, it's his personal car and one of the reasons he got into this business anyway. He does because he enjoys it. Simple as that. There would be other cars I'd choose first, personally.
As for the forums, it is a good place to get word out of parts etc, but it seems that there is too much flaming and not enough collaberation (sp?).
As for empty promises, as a business we want to offer new products and in many cases trhings that our customers (alot of those on the org) ask for. Many times when we say we are going to have something, it is based on contracts and deals and indications given by other manufacturers (we could not possiblr make every single item we sell...we're not AOL Time Warner lol).
When we get word that 95/96 red/clears are going to be available, we say so. Unfortunately, these things do not always come to fruition.
If any of you ever want an honest answer, feel free to call us and ask for me. I WILL NOT BS any of you. Part of that means that you may or may not like the answer I provide. It wil lalways be an honest one though.

I wasn't trying to be mean. I was just playing Custom Maxima. I know you'll try to do a lot and sometimes things don't work out, lets just all get along. Believe me when the 95/96 come out I will be the first to buy.

Happy New Year CustomMaxima.com, you guys have been really good to me and I appreciate it, Greg has become a good friend and I could never say anything negative about the business he runs.

Chris91SE- I know a great deal about what Greg is doing to his Maxima and trust me, you haven't even come close to seeing everything that can be done to a show Maxima...not even close....

Hopefully the part you were supposed to prototype isn't the same as what slammed95 has a patent pending on. He was telling me about it at the meet yesterday, so it will be interesting to see what happens.

You know...us G20 guys were LUCKY to have some company make products for our cars. It was awesome to come here and see that someone actaully made stuff that worked on the max. You know nobody has to make anything for your car at all. Then you're left with a stock ride forever. Either quit your *****in or make the stuff yourself.

Thanks custom maxima for giving us products.

Jesus guys, CM comes on here to say Happy Holidays and you bash them, thats just not right at all. If it wasnt for Custom Maxima, Most of the ppl on this board wouldnt have half or even 75% of what they have now, so I wouldnt bash on them.

Respect them for what they do. Greg and everyone at CM, Happy Holidays, Look forward to the great business you all bring.

I have to thank some dude that I bumped into at Strauss Discount Auto after he told me about Custom Maxima... He had some mods and I just asked where he'd got them... Then thats when my modding started... I got my first Modd... Diamond cut cleared turn signals... then the altezzas. And through Custom Maxima I found the Org. I have no complaints about CM... Happy New Year CM and the rest of the Org... As Gold Member would say(Austin Powers III) "Smoke and a Pancake???,Cigar and a Waffle???...Then there's no Pleeeasing you Mr. Powers..."

I agree with borqua79...before i even knew about the org, right when i got my car and proceeded to smash it, CM was there with a reasonably priced pair of diamond cut bumper lenses for me...
thanks guys, the service was great...!

Happy New Year Custom Maxima. Since you seem to be responding to your own threads instead of answering emails sent to this address Sales@CustomMaxima.com .

Are the 97-99 maxima projectors still just a CustomMaxima wet dream?

We answer ALL of the emails received on a daily basis but occassionally our email filters do bolck certain emails and we do not receive them. As a business we've got to be careful with our computer network as you can imagine.
The headlights are still in the works but it is not a part that we are going to manufacture here at our location so we are waiting for quantity and price to reach a level that is reasonable for our customers and for us. It's not something I can really put a timeframe on as manufacturers and the market will determine that.
