First, I'd like to say, I thought these things were quick. Well, anyways I was go to school and a yellow GTI VR6 between 96-98 that I have seen at school is next to me, usual mods rim,lowered and exhaust from what I could see.When the light changed he took off and I went too, by second gear I was quite far ahead so I started to slow down but he kept going, like he was convinced he lost. So I throw it to third and by 80 I was like so far ahead it wasn't fun any more. He stayed behind me the rest of the way to school.

 

and what was your weapon of choice? color, transmision and mods please..

 

Oh, sorry. It's a 96 Se, white ,5-speed, y-pipe,GReddy exhaust,CAI, Pulleys. Best eta 14.8 @ 94mph. Oh and last thing, on first post it should be "HE WASN'T CONVINCED HE LOST"

 

good kill.. if it was from a roll.. that car is definately quicker than a 14.8 car.. you got some power packing there buddy

 

are you sure it was a vr6??? they did have the 2.0 in ginster yellow too...not saying your wrong..i have raced maximas and have never lost...pretty much dead even..when i was stock anyways...oh well ....good kill

 

my friends 98 SE max always gets beat by my other friends 5 speed VR6......no mods on either....
