Can anyone do a carfax?

I was wondering if anyone could do a carfax for me. The people in the sticky that said they could do it havent responded back to me for a while now. Here is the vin: WBAHC2306LBE24650

Oh yeah it's a BMW but i figured someone on here would help a fellow orger out.
