Bleeding clutch fluid...
I'm having a lot of various problems with my Maxima *tear tear* and the level of fluid in my clutch fluid container was right at the "MIN" line, so I added some more fluid to the container, almost up to the "MAX" line. One of my friend's who works religiously on his 300ZX told me that I was supposed to bleed the system instead of adding more. Is this true? And if so, could someone give me a detailed explanation of why you're supposed to bleed the system instead of just adding more?

You only bleed it if its got air in the line. If the fluid was low to begin with, it was probably just low.
If the fluid level has been dropping, then you got a leak you need to get fixed and re-bleed the lines. Check all the lines and joints to make sure there is no sign of fluid leak.

I always forget the site, but someone else will provide it to you. Yes there is a good write up on bleeding the clutch around here somewhere.
What is the condition of your clutch pedal? Does it just drop to the floor? If so, then you must bleed the system. And I'll give you two pointers, its not that different from bleeding a brake line, and there are TWO PLACES to bleed the clutch on a 4th gen maxima.
