Here is a pic from a dyno a NA Z31 memeber did on his car. Before the cams his car had JWT ECU, intake, header, 60mm TB and advanced timing. After the cams were installed he set timing back to stock. Except for the huge loss in midrange-lowend power the JWT cams kick ***. His power peak went from 5000rpm to 5600rpm (now it looks exactly like a VQ30DE power curve). I believe a VG30E with 10.5CR would put down simular numbers to a VQ. This might be why JWT said the auto's should use stage I, due to this dyno our auto's won't see as good benefit. Since the 5spds are close ratio they will be on the power curve at all times, where as the auto will fall off the power curve during each shift.
