Hello again. your about to add a sixth gear to your max good job. NOT! have you ever seen a paddle shift its quite similar, its placed on the inside of my transmission lever and hooked up electronically. All parts are universal. They came from Toyota indy which i have a relative as a engineer for them. He saw how i liked to rev up the engine so for a gift he took my car for two days and came back with this and a new shift ****. He Has a s2000 and a 89 turbo supra and he says my car could very well be faster than his s2000 and he wouldnt race me because he felt it was un fair because he was stock. Oh ya as for the headers i like to think they gave me 18 fwhp. not bad for an EXOTIC peice like that it was vey well worth it. NEXT

Boxster S does 14s flat, that's probabely the best a SC auto max will do too, so it would be close.

I know the Crab has a mother load of mods but he only made what? 222HP at the wheels? Something very fishy there. Also one very big thing Krab does not have a 5spd. So 222HP with a auto should not be all that quick. If you ask me he may have done a little to much to his car and ended up making it worse then how it was if he just left the SC alone,Just a thought. BTW I have a lot of respect for I30Crab,he has a great car,but faster? I don't know about that.

When I said that I thought I had the worlds fastest I30 I was just busting around,but I do think I may very well have the "forums fastest I30",either way I don't really care. My mane reason for thinking that way is because I am the only I30 with a 5spd and a SC.
Before I am fully confident of my accusation allow me to run some low 13's at the track. I have a nice Clutch and flywheel on there way so as soon as I install them and break them in I will hit the track in New Hampshire{import night baby!}.

Import night is on Saturday night and I believe it begins in April. The only problem I've got is trying to figure out what wheels to use? Stock or Chrome bangers. Hopefully my VLSD will help my launches.

Krab dude recently brought his car down to Stillen to get a 3.125 pulley put on... so who's the fastest again?

He's only got 22X front wheel hp. Thats peak hp to, not through the whole band. Thats like a VQ with a 50 shot. Who cares what he has, who tunes it, or what size pulley he has? He still has 22X FWHP!

BTW: If I spent that much cash on my ride, and I had his performance, there would be an accident with a box of matches and a couple of gallons of gas. Not knocking I30Krab(sweet car) but I don't see where all the performance is going(?)..

well, well, i see the bashing has stopped. Its cool. I just wanted everyone to know what i am all about. I dont lie and dont talk ****, for no reason. Oh since we are on that subject I got my I30 Dyno tested pre 10 lbs of boost, with intake, exhaust, header, down pipe, underdrive pulley and manual shift mode and got 202 fwhp with eighteen inch wheels add 10 lbs of boost and you have a 290-300 fwhp Infiniti I30.Thanks.

But I would still put my money on my I30.

I personally think using that size pully is too risky. Maybe I wil try putting on a 3.25 Dia. pully for a day and bring it to the track and see what type of improvents I would get{just a idea}.

Wow! Thats the most HP any NA maxima or I30 has ever put down to the ground,that I have heard of anyways+you have a auto which typically looses about 10Hp to the wheels on the dyno. Great job! Thats really impressive. Have you run your car at a track yet? If so how did you do? It would be very interesting to know. Thanks.

Also I recall you saying that you were planing on getting a new car{a while back},if so I would be very interested in buying your headers.

Just like T. said to the Polish maid, I say Boxster, Boxster, Boxster. First of all, if you want to discuss something, at least spell it correctly. That takes the BS sound away from what you're talking.

Frankly you could get the I30 up to 350 hp and guess what? I'd rather drive a RWD Boxster S that only has 250 hp and probably even less torque. I've never driven the Boxster but I have driven a Carrera 2 and I would think the Boxster would similarly have superior handling characteristics.

I'll never understand why folks go to such great lengths to hop up a FWD car. It'd be like basing your network on Windows 3.51.

timeslip counts, not how much money you spent and what mods you have.

Most of us are on this bbs because we own a Nissan Maxima. Owning a Nissan product isn't enough to draw a conclusion that a Nissan is somehow superior to a Porsche, or even a viable comparison. To say that a 4th gen is better looking than a Boxster, well, enough said. But beauty is in the eye of the you-know-who. Some folks like to push Windows 3.51 to the limit and then say it's a tighter system than 4.0 or 2000. But those folks tend to be unemployed on their own island. Unlike the Boxster S (poor man's car yeah right) the 300 hp I30 is definitely a rich man's car because who else would have the money to burn?
