I saw those on sale in costco for $10.5 (canadian) for one high and low beam bulb and are they white like the piaa or the phlips blue vision?they also said 20% brighter then normal headlights in the package true?

 

They are great! I have them in my max and what a diff. As for the color, they look like a regular bulb only they give much better light. No Blue tone. Get them you will not be sorry.

 

without the light blue tint. They are excellent bulbs if you want to maintain the standard color.

so whats the sylvania cool blue calls?

 

The Cool Blue (CB) and ExtraVision (EX) are not the same. I have the CB in my Z-car and I am changing them for the EX. The EX in my max is amazing. They are better then the CB light wise. Don't get me wrong the CB are good bulbs, but they are not as good (my opinion) as the EX; especially in bad weather (Blue reflects in the rain/fog). Hope this helps.
