springs on ebay

i saw some springs on ebay made by dropzone anyone heard about those if they are good also advice on cutting the stock springs what do they do for ride quality and any good/bad sides to it on stock 15 rims with 215/65/15 tires

Dropzones aren't very good, i would suggest sprints over them if you want a big drop, otherwise people like eibachs a lot. I use progress, they're nice except my GR-2's make the ride kinda bouncy lol

NEVER CUT YOUR STOCK SPRINGS, trust me, you will wish you never did it. to drop ur car down and make it look and ride mint, its gonna cost you around $600 or so. check out http://maxmods.dyndns.org/

huh? Maxspeeds are around $100 shipped, KYB GR-2 $275 shipped. That's for 5th gen, but still, how is that $600 anyway? I agree, it's a bad idea to cut stock springs.

no, maxspeed has 1.5" front and 1.3" rear drop. there's no sag.

here's how much i got mine suspension done:
brand new maxspeed springs: $98 shipped
used tokico blues: $175 shipped

so basically i have my suspension done at $273. very nice price for street setup.

I have maxspeeds now but have sprints on order cause the drop isnt enough for me, I payed about $100 for maxspeed springs and $225 for my gr-2s, so forget that 600$$ crap
