huge chunk of ice recently that fell off of a log truck (gotta love the back-roads in PA). Anyways, I felt it scrape under my entire car and I was cringing the entire time.. It put a HUGE dent in my oil pan... no leaks, but when I check my oil level, it always reads high now. Anyways, I changed my oil yesterday and put in 4qts of Mobil 1. When I again checked the level, it read about 3/4 up the dipstick. Does anyone know if this is something that I should attend to immediately. I hit the ice about 2wks ago, and the exahust does not look bluish like it would if the engine were running rich. Any help would be really appreciated.

Thanks
-Randy

yo... thanks for the reply... sucks about your accident, sorry to hear about that. gotta love the debris that just "happens" to land in front of your MAX. :-) I hear you there.... BTW, I was out under the car as soon as it happened with a flashlight, in shirt tie and all. The whole thing makes me mad, but I don't think that I'll bang the spot out unless it's detremental to the engine's wellbeing. Thanks again for your reply.
