Got my ST springs and KYB shox installed!

I like to thank t2000J for the recommendation of the Pit Stop in Glendale. They did a good job and i don't have any complaints. My max handles like a dream (compared to before). The ride is not quite as smooth as before but I ran over quite a few potholes and it didn't feel harsh. I will be ugrading to new rims soon. I really like the look of 17 inch wheels....just curious... if I go with them over 16 inch ...am I going to need regular chiropractor visits soon after? I'd be interested to hear from those of you who have lowered maxs and 17 inch or larger wheels.
Thanks!
Thanks!

If you want to try and preserve your ride quality, stay with the 16's. Otherwise, 17+ would look sweet.
Also, just out of curiosity, how much wheel gap do you have front and back with the ST's? I have heard people say it's not much better than stock and then there are others that say they have settled to about a 1.7 inch drop. How do they feel? I think my rear has too much "bounce" with H&R/Tokico.

I have 19"s, and dropped 4" sometimes. When it's dropped that low, driving is an adventure. But when I run a 3" drop, which is usually what I use for daily driving, the ride isn't bad at all. Just make sure you don't dent the rims.

I'd say that it's about a 2 finger gap. My car is definitely lower than stock I can clearly see the difference. As far as the ride goes it's a little stiffer but not bone jarring. the car definitely corner better than stock and i'm sure that once i put the FSTB my wheels wil stay firm on the pavement for all but those HARD corners. Sounds like 17 inch shouldn't be that bad. I think i'll go for it.
Thanks!

they wanted $120.00 but i talked them down to $100 cash. i don't feel to bad about paying a little more, especially considering that they spent the whole day 11-7PM working on the car. i happy it done and i can move on to thinking about rims and exhaust!
thanks again!
thanks again!
