Quick Foglight Question...
With the Nissan foglight kit, you also get a relay to install in the relay box under the hood and you get a new light switch/turn signal stalk. By the time you buy that, why not just install the factory fogs? They look great on the '97-'99's. IIRC,Courtesy Nissan sells the complete kit for ~$175.
Pre-wired means only wires. You have wires running from the foglight locations to the relay box and from the relay box to headlight switch wiring connector. The only way to effectively utilize the existing wiring is to use a Nissan relay in the relay box and a Nissan headlight switch. You can buy them separately if you like; I have no idea on the cost.
OK
SO LET'S SAY I BUY THE RELAY AND THE NEW SWITCH FOR MY TURN SIGNAL THEN CAN I PUT AFTER-MARKET FOGS IN SUCH AS FOCUZ OR PIAA OR WHATEVER...???? CAN I JUST SPLICE INTO THE FACTORY PRE-WIRING FOR THE FOGS??? PLEASE HELP ANYONE....THANX
Yes.

But, I would advise you to stay away from Focuz, they are not E-code auxiliary lamps. Any lamp that is, would have an "E" with a circle around it etched on the lens. PIAA unit are made well, but usually cost twice as much as others. Bear in mind, that Hella also makes good auxiliary lighting equipment.
