I'm trying to install my PR CAI and I need to find a 3.25 hole saw. Iv'e been to Pep Boys and Home Depot so far, they were the only places still open. The only thing Ive been able to find so far is a 3" and a 3.5". It says you can use the 3.5, but I want to do a clean install and not have all that gap. Any ideas/info? Thanks in advance

I already got the install tips, thanx anyway. 4 weeks?! I just ordered mine on monday, and it came today, seems kinda off, though I think a big group order just went through, so it's a possiblity. good luck on yours, if you need any pointers, I'm sure I'll know them by then. I'm so excited, now if I could only find that damn hole saw....

Got mine at Sears Hardware. Cost around $15, I think...it's been a while. Any hardware store (Lowes, Home Depot, etc) should have it.

I've been involved with 3 CAI installs, in in every case we used a 3" hole saw. The only drawback is there is not enough room to use the rubber hole liner provided. I just put a little metal primer on the bare metal.
