45mm should be ok. The rims are going to be more tuck in. No big brakes for you if have 45mm offset.

wheel problems
I just got 18 x 7.5 wheels with 235/40 tires and 45 mm offset. I have a huge problem. The rear wheel lug nuts become loose each time I drive my car. I can't figure out why. Another problem that scares me is that the brakes make a squealing "cheep cheep" sound every time they are applied.
Also, the centercaps on the rear wheels won't fit because the brake/hub cap thing pops out the centercaps.
Does anyone have any ideas?
