A friend of mine with a 95 max was wondering if he could replace his radio and climate control lights. Turning them into a different color or just replacing blown bulbs.. ANy help would be great..

Been there, done that. You can see pics at the link below. Replace any blown ones with OEM and then tear off the blue covers and paint them the desired color.
