Anyone else overheating?

I replaced my t-stat, radiator cap and coolant last night. I was having a problem with the needle creeping up with the a/c on. I would be driving and look down and it was on the H. I would freak out, kill the a/c and pull over. I thought replacing this stuff would fix the problem. Well, tonight I was driving home on the freeway with the a/c on and it started creeping again, it got in between the normal dot and H, then I killed it and it dropped back down to normal.

What could be causing this? I cant think of anything else. I do not have any leaks.

BTW: This is with my 97.

Thanks.

Check for cool spots in the radiator?
Also whats your coolant mix?
I'm assuming its the 97?
Do you know if your radiator fans are turning on?

Try bleeding your coolant system. There should be a coolant bleeder bolt somewhere. Just like the VE has.

Make sure your fans are activating like stated above. The last part of your system would be to check the water pump.

this may sound real basic, but check coolant level again, when the air comes out the level changes.
