Im not sure if you guys have realized it but the show "PIMP MY RIDE" trys to make ugly mexican rice cars. not clean stylish ones. after all its just entertanement and you just got PIMPED!

now now..dont go and single out mexican, everyone knows that ricers are like rednecks-they span all nationalities.

but the girl on the trans am episode was sexy. but did you notice she had a black 4th gen in her driveway?

I wonder if they have to sign something saying they can't sell it. If not, I'm moving to Cali and taking a hammer to my max.

I think Pimp My Ride is a great show. They pick a nasty ride, clean it up, add some "pimp" paint, add some "pimp" wheels, add some "pimp" accessories, and make the owner feel like a "pimp".
Honestly, most of their work is not of my liking. But they do DO something which is pimp the **** out of a car. That's the whole point of the damn show, pimping a crappy car. I might not like it but they do DO a hell of a job in that. Haven't seen one owner complain, yet. Only wish they'd maybe upgrade the engine or tranny.

Before you diss the first generation, make sure you know something about it.

The first gen was almost identical to the R-30 skyline but it had a L-24 in it. It also had rear drive, 4 wheel independant suspension, 4 wheel disc brakes.

I currently drive one with around 370hp and can push 450hp just by going with forged pistons and more boost.

Below is a pic of a properly re-worked first gen.

DISCLAIMER:......Not my cars

One for the street

and one for the track.

The CRX came out pretty good. I'm rock it. The didn't even mention the Giovanna Racing wheels until the last 5 minutes. Amazing.

i think the cars come out alot better then how they go in. and if they sat there adding turbo's n such that would bore most of the people who watch the show to sleep.
