Anything but "oatmeal" for a used A4, but I'll wait to see the new Maxima...

My next car...
Haven't decided yet, but it is probably one of these,
if everything is cool by then.
2002 Lexus IS300
2002 Acura TL Type S
2002 Maxima

If I'm short on cash, then probably a left-over
2001 Maxima SE

stay away from my MKiv Supras (93-98)!! They're mine! I noticed a large portion of you guys want Supras...Good choice. The half of you want more sedans. After the maxima, i think i won't own another sedan unless i have kids.

My next car will either be the new Z...or the new rumoured Supra...and regardless of the rumour, i like it:
1. New Supra will be designed with the old toyota 2000gt in mind, making it a $30K car with more sporty feel, than more raw power feel of the MKiv did. It'll probably be a competitor to the new Z.

2. New Supra will be reintroduced as a Lexus...Lexus Supra? (most likely will have a numerical name to stay consistent with the line) and will be offered with a Twin Turbo V8 and cost in the realm of $65K

Or i'll just get a Mr2 Turbo or a MKiv Supra.

A lot of us, including myself, have Maxes and realize we want something a bit sportier at this time in our lives... you're only young once, right? I want to have an irresponsible car before I get married so my wife can't complain.

Well, I'm gonna keep my max for about 3-4 more years and then definitely get a 5-series BMW.

New car?

For me it will be either the new 2002 Max SE, or the 2002 BMW 333i or highest 3-series available at that time.

Not as money conscious anymore. Ordinary will be the Honda or Toyota route (seems like model for model it's always $2000+ more than Nissan whereas Mazda $1000 less than Nissan). Otherwise the obvious choice something German. Rode in a Passat going to lunch amazing how much firmer the seats are than a Maxima and though I wasn't driving the ride was very taut and body seemed tight as did the...oops.
