I got a new garage door w/ remote opener and I was wondering how hard it is to program that home link thing on the driver's side passenger to work w/ the garage door. Has anyone ever tried programming this thing or is this one of those that I need to have the dealer do it? THanks.

 

You can do it yourself, and it is extremely simple to do. There should be a section in the manual about it - my 2k also has a separate card that instructed on how to do it.
