Can someone please give me a ecu diagram for a safc 2 for a 2000 max?

SAFCII Wire Codes
Red - power
Green - rpm signal
Gray - Throttle signal (TPS)
Brown - Ground
Black - Ground
Yellow - A/F Output (this goes towards the ECU)
White - A/F Input (goes away from ECU)
Blue - can be used as O2 sensor voltage meter. Hook up to one of the primary O2 leads.
Pink Not used (Used on Karman vehicles)
Orange Not used (Used on Karman vehicles)
Purple - Knock (Pin93 Clear wire on ECU)

 

Here are the hookups I did for the 97 and 2k2. You can compare it to your pinout, the 97 is probably the closest.
