pedals that hurt
pedals that hurt
I'm looking for a pedal set (gas, brake, clutch, dead) with spikey grips. I want them to hurt if the driver is barefoot.
But I'll take any suggestions on grippy pedals. Most aftermarket pedals I see are made of flat metal and I had a bad experience w/1 particular set.
Thank you.

Thats a new one too me. Pedals with soccer spikes sticking out of them. Goodluck with your find. I have some aftermarket pedals from a group deal from the past that have nice rubber grip to them. I forgot the make but i'll check and see what they are.

Kinky...

I don't know any that would accomplish that, but you can perhaps come up with some improvisation.
Could this be some sort of anti-theft device? Ya never know when some bare-footed punk is gonna steal your car. Strap some carpet tacks on that **** and you'll never have to worry about shoeless thieves again.
whoa for a second there i thought somehow i posted this thread subconsiously or something hahah nice to know there's someone out there with the same name as me....those aluminum drilled pedals do tend to be a little slippery..they should sell the rubber part separately so you can just replace them and have them at various thicknesses so it won't wear down as fast.
I have these in my other 2 maximas:

They slip real bad, no matter what shoe I wear, or barefoot. I've been told that there's rubber inserts that go in the lil holes, but I can't find them online or in stores.
I've driven a car with real spikey pedals, but I no longer have that person's contact info. They remind me of golf cleats... 6 small spikes around the circumference of the circles, and 1 slightly taller one in the middle. Those gripped real well and u seriously couldn't go barefoot on them.
