whats best way to go after trannt blown...

whats best way to go after trannt blown...

get new engine, get new tranny rebuild tranny. For the rebuild its gona cost about 2 grand with labor and everything...

It would be cheaper to swap it...

I spent a little over a thousand to rebuild my tranny, get a new clutch and have it all installed

Go for a 5th gen 2000-2001 tranny, they dont have bearing problems, and also they have a stronger 3rd gear.

Used ones are cheap, swap in a low mileage used one, 2 grand is a rip off.
