I have a 4th gen max 1999 that is superblack.......
I can NEVER keep it clean and it has REALLY lost its shine....I really want to get it repainted but I don't want to take it to MAACO or some place like that cause im afraid itll get ****ed up.......also I don't even know if I still want black cause it is IMPOSSIBLE to keep clean but i really like it when it is clean.....what do you think I should do??

i don't know thats a hard decision, i wouldn't take it to macco but i don't know if u want to spend 2k on a professional paint job. i say keep it black cuz it will cost u a ton to change it, unless u know or can learn how to paint... sure wish i did.. btw mine has no shine to it either i really want a paint job

You may want to give your car the clay treatment (detailers clay) and give it a good wax job afterwards. After you get the paint all cleaned up I would say try that waterless car wash stuff, it works awesome on black cars. After you clean you car really good once it takes like 10-15mins for up keep afterwards and the paint keeps getting softer and softer after each time. Good luck bro.
