Correct me if I'm mistaken, but it sounds like you may have a problem with yours?

The Rolling BBQ!
Whats a matter are you still stinking up the block? If so I would say that the BBQ smell should be gone after a 100 miles, usually less. If you want to make sure there is not another problem look under your car and see if it is touching anything,if not try wiggle it around a little{when it's cold of course} bit and see if it makes contact with the car. Don't worry about it if it smells like a cook out because that is normal.

Re: The Rolling BBQ!
the smell was gone by the first time i drvoe the car this morning. it took about 40 miles of driving yesterday i guess. i just want my car to be louder and im contemplating replacing the resonator for $30 or a cusom cat back for $80. if its going to sound similar, im just goin to go the cheap way.

Re: Re: The Rolling BBQ!
Don't get rid of your resonator. It will be loud as hell, I recently heard a max w/ no resonator, a Y-Pipe, and an Apexi Dunk muffler and the thing sounded like a Mustang running 3" dumps. I can't believe how loud that thing was, it was like he had no muffler at all. Actually, at the show, there were a couple of cars with no mufflers and his was still louder. It might be cool for a couple of minutes, but if you spend any time at all in your car, you're going to hate it.
