MOMO shift **** problems

I purchased a shift **** from MOMO and the emblem on the top came off after direct exposure to sunlight. Anyone else had this happen to them? I am about to email them and see if they will help me out with this problem.

I have a leather MOMO **** which is great, but be careful with the securing flush screws... Especially if you take it off/on a lot.

Within a week mine was being taken off constantly to custom fit my shift boot and then the installation of my B&M short throw, and I ended up stripping the thread of the rear hole on the actual shifter itself. This said it took quite a bit of jury rigging to get the **** to sit square and secure again... just a word of advice before you make the same mistake I did.
