Hard starts when car warm--bad alternator?

I've noticed that after restarting my max after it is warm from driving, that it is much harder to start. I had Autozone check the charging system and the fellow doing the test says he THINKS it was the battery, so I replaced that. Does the same thing. My starter has a lifetime warranty so I had Autozone replace that. Same thing. I put my Escort 8500 is voltage display mode and note that the initial voltage is high but drops almost a full 1V after about 20 minutes of driving. Not sure if the Escort is accurate though since it seems to be off from my multimeter voltage by -0.6V. I should add that I don't have any electrical problems aside from the hard starting when warm. Car starts on the first turn when cold.

Please help!
